Meet Our Team
Gary Scott
National Service and Training Manager, Canada
Gary Scott is the National Service and Training Manager for Fluidra in Canada. He has extensive experience in the pool and spa industry, starting in 1984 with a small manufacturer in London. He then ran his own technical service company before joining the predecessor to Jandy Pool Products, Teledyne Laars in 1991 in a sales role. Gary is a certified pool operator and a licensed gas fitter, and a trusted contributor to the industry.
Eric Groulx
Territory Service Manager / Associate Trainer East Canada
Eric has over 25 years in the pool industry with 10 years of owning his own pool store. He received his CPO certificate and joined the Fluidra team in 2022 where he has serviced as both a territory service manager and an associate trainer for east Canada.
Michael Steadman
Territory Service Manager / Associate Trainer Canada
Michael Steadman is the Territory Service Manager and Associate Trainer for Fluidra in Canada. He has been with Fluidra since 2017 and has been taking a more active role in Zodiac Academy workshops every winter. He is a licensed electrician and previously provided contract service work for Zodiac. In his service manager role, with his hands-on approach and easy-to-engage personality, Michael has quickly become the "go to" guy in Ontario for our key customers, customer service, and our Sales Team.
